Job Profile:

The candidate is expected to extend assistance to the Retail Offices of respective areas in sustaining healthy recovery performance of individual home loans by daily monitoring of recovery performance of all the retail offices, field visits and regular follow ups.

Job Profile:

The candidate should be capable of ensuring legal compliance while granting loans and obtaining mortgage, well versed with verifying property documents and recovery of difficult accounts through legal actions and independently drafting notices and legal documents. He/She is also expected to represent the Company in various courts.

The Candidate:

LLB / LLM with minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a advocate firm / finance company. He/She is expected to have thorough knowledge of Transfer of Property Act, Contract Act, Negotiable Instrument Act & SARFAESI Act.

Job Profile:

The Candidate shall be expected to oversee the proper functioning of the accounts of all the branches of the Area, including auditing, reconciliation and finalisation of accounts.

AREA MANAGERS

The incumbent shall be mainly responsible for management of the business operations and business-growth of Retail Offices within the Area, establish new offices, besides managing the existing offices and ensuring excellent customer service.

The candidate:

Performance oriented business manager with strong leadership and managerial qualities. This is senior management position and high degree of operational efficiency, integrity and professionalism should be called for in the discharge of the responsibilities. Management graduate or a Chartered Accountant in the age group of 28-35 years, with at least 4-5 years of experience of independently handling a profit center, preferably in the financial services industry.

 

RETAIL OFFICE IN-CHARGE

Job Profile:

The incumbent shall be responsible for the business operations of the retail office, which includes marketing, promoting and effectively handling home-loan business, providing excellent customer service and effecting recovery of loan dues. The incumbent shall also be responsible to ensure and oversee proper functioning of back-office, accounts and administration.
